Ben is a driven business leader with over 20 years of business-building experience across the USA, Europe, and Asia. From an earlier career in Advertising and Consulting to global enterprise firms to selling his first business for 6 figures in his late 20’s, Ben has always brought energy, passion and impact to the table.
Ben is on a mission to democratize the small to medium-business M&A sector, to make it accessible to the everyday person. He believes in bringing Wall Street exit methodology to the main street, demystifying and derisking small business M&A. He famously said; ‘why should Wall Street and Hedge funds get all the action, it’s really not rocket science to buy a business these days..”

David is a serial entrepreneur that focuses primarily on acquisitions. By the age of 25 years old he had his first two 7-figure acquisitions under his belt that were sourced using JDF strategies to mitigate competition and maximize the most favorable deal structure. While he is industry agnostic, he targets companies that have both room to scale and have the potential for absentee ownership. David understands the opportunity in the massive transfer of wealth currently taking place but also knows first hand the hurdles that have to be crossed in order to find the perfect business to buy. He has made it his mission at JDF to help like minded entrepreneurs execute on deals best suited for them by providing deal flow support that is unmatched in the acquisition space.
